Experience True Special Forces Vessels
Ocean Extreme has two high spec RIBs (Rigid Inflatable Boats) and was a pioneer for RIB adventures in Australia. An unrestricted speed permit allows Ocean Extreme to be the fastest commercially operated vessel on Sydney Harbour.
Extreme 1
Extreme 1 is a 7.3m RIB designed specifically for high speeds in open water and precise maneuvering – commonly used by special military forces. There are only 3 of these vessels in Australia – the other 2 are operated by the Water Police. Powered by two V6 200 horsepower EFI engines and can travel at more than 50 knots!
Extreme 2
Extreme 2 is an 11.3m RIB, custom designed and built for big off shore conditions. This new RIB carries up to 21 passengers and is powered by three 300 horsepower V6 engines, giving it a whopping 900 horsepower!
Both of these RIBs are designed specifically to speed through open water and go off shore, constantly getting airborne and jumping waves, giving you an experience only available with Ocean Extreme!
